Structure and Position 

1.The form of reports couldn't use first-person narration,your article looks more like reflection not news.
2.Cheung Ming said what Taiwan attracted her was our cheaper tuition "so it didn't matter", 
-->It seems nothing to do with.
3.Except the cheap tuition,there is few traits of Taiwan. So the title is not so proper.
-->Will The Dangerous Cases Influence International Students' will to Study in Taiwan?
